Engineer inclined to problem solving, public safety and giving back to the community.

I am a Permanent resident of Canada who arrived at Western as an international student. I have a background in engineering and I am interested in software development and financial markets.

I came to Western as an international student and graduated with my BA in Economics and with a second major in Global Development Studies. I explored my passion for radio and presenting as a student and volunteered extensively in the London community. I started working at Great-West Life, which became Canada Life then stayed on after graduation till I returned to work at the Ivey Business School at Western. I also serve as the current Chair of Fundraising with the Congress of Black Women (London Chapter) and the Managing Director of 18th Avenue Solutions. My experience at Western and the community taught me to always aim for the extraordinary.

Over 6 years in the HR field
